I dvr’d one of those commercials, just to see the fine print – and by this I mean the print that is so small I had to pause it and get right up on top of my big LCD tv – sneaky farts!

Trace Adkins was on the Daily Buzz this morning talking about a Maxwell House coffee promo – but he looked like he needed a double shot of espresso! Either that, or it really just took him at least 3 minutes to warm up / wake up.

I would’ve loved to share the video with everyone – however their website is absolutely STUPID! All morning long they say click on the “reBuzz” tab and that is just a hot mess!

In other news, tomorrow is my baby’s 9th birthday! It’s going to be a great day!

I was cruising the blog-o-sphere yesterday and came across this delicious recipe for crispy smashed potatoes. Check how how good they look!

This got me cravin’ some taters so bad, but I only had a bag of hash browns. So my daughter hooked up the BEST meal EVER!

She started with a cast iron skillet filled with CRISCO baby! Oh how I love CRISCO – forget trying to fry in anything else if you want the best potatoes – unless, of course, you have dietary restrictions or something. I just love CRISCO! So she threw in the hash browns and a small yellow onion, diced. She let the taters get good and crispy and turned them only once. Once the other side was almost done, she layered American cheese on top and let it melt and served them with bacon and scrambled eggs. Oh it was so tasty! She is so awesome! I love my daughter! Oh, and CRISCO!
